The "-S" package includes two (2) hours of customer installation support.
Vx/XXX-"RTU"
A
"Right-To-Use" license applicable for each instance of the supported hardware
to be installed and used with the software.
Vx/XXX-"S-Maint"
12-months of
software maintenance & new features updates.
Coverage commences upon delivery of the "-S" licensing.
Reinstatement of lapsed maintenance is available by payment of
a 50% surcharge for the period of lapsed maintenance.
